Straight out of Hoss Zare’s home town of Tabrizi, Iran This giant meat ball is comprised of Niman Ranch beef and veal then stuffed with a meaty treat that changes weekly. The flavor is also fueled by Persian lime, turmeric, savory, saffron, dried fruits, a handful of fresh organic herbs and torshi.
