bangers and mash: spicy lamb sausage, sour kraut, sun choke

treacle tart: sesame, pistachio, date molasses

Salt Cod Fritters:

Beer Pairing – Scrimshaw Pilsner(Northcoast Brewery Mendocino) the citrus notes and crisp finish
balance well with the fritters

Wine Pairing – Lemelson Reisling 2008 ( Lemelson Winery Oregon ) the acid with the very slight touch
of sweetness of the wine pair well with this

Split Pea Soup:

Beer Pairing – Anchor Porter (Anchor Brewery San Francisco CA) the richness and coffee notes blend
well with the flavor profile of the soup

Wine PAiring - Patricius Furmint 2010 (Tokaj, Hungary) The tight acidity and dryness of this white
accentuate the components of the soup

Bangers and Mash:

Beer Pairing – Petrus Sour Ale (Harelbeke, Belgium) Flavor is nicely sour, oaky, citrus, dough, and
vinegar with a decent rounded out body to it that finishes dry.

Wine Pairing – PHillips Hill Pinot Noir 2010 (Mendocino County, CA) the nice fruit on the front of this
wine with the dark cherry and woodsy forest floor fisnish create the perfect combination for this dish

Treacle Tart:

Beer Pairing: St. Bernardus Belgium Ale (Belgium) The sweetness and long palate on this beer

Wine Pairing: Casta Diva Late Harvest Monastrell 2007 ( Casta Diva, Spain) this grape is typically a
dry red however the late harvesting of this particular vintage makes it a slight dry dessert wine that is
not overpowering

$ 45 for four courses

$ 25 for beer and wine pairing

Menu subject to change
