Iran; this giant meat ball is comprised of Niman
Ranch beef and veal then stuffed with a meaty treat
that changes weekly. The flavor is also fueled by
Persian lime, turmeric, savory, saffron, dried fruits,
a handful of fresh organic herbs and torshi, a flavorful
Persian chutney, on the side.
